The return of The Steve Rogers Band: one of the earliest and still more popular Italian Rock bands! Initially known for being Italian Rocker #1 Vasco Rossi’s backing band, they became a band in ntheir own right and built up during the years their own cult following. The new album 'Questa sera Rock and Roll' (Tonight R’n’R) includes a lot of their hits from the past, some ‘forgotten’ Vasco gem and three brand new songs. Most of it was recorded Live at Sonix in Imola in the Spring 2006. The Steve Rogers Band’s reunion was awaited eagerly by many of their fans, whose dreams have now been fulfilled. The traditional line-up with Maurizio Solieri on guitar, 'Gallo' Golinelli on bass, Mimmo Camporeale on keyboards and Beppe Leoncini on drums, has given space to two new members: guitarist Cicci Bagnoli and young singer Roberto Chiodi. This new effort 'Questa sera Rock and Roll', is not meant to be a nostalgic release, but a brand new project to satisfy their hardcore fans as well as attracting the youngest ones, who have dicovered The Steve Rogers Band while looking for ‘vintage’ Vasco Rossi material. Initially the CD will be available in a LIMITED EDITION package including a 35 min BONUS DVD with footage of the band’s Imola concert, plus connected backstage and rehearsal. Not to be missed!
